Four steps. No job board, no cold applications.
After you submit, here's exactly what happens.
We read what you send.
We read your application properly. If it looks like a fit, you'll hear from us with an invite to a discovery call.
We get on a call.
A real, one-on-one conversation where we learn your story — your background, what you’re after, how you work. This is where we build your signals.
We build your case.
We write up who you are for the companies we try and work with — matched on your signals, not just your CV. We also discuss compensation expectations so there are no surprises.
We make the introduction.
When there's a match, we connect both sides directly. You choose which conversations to take from there.
There's no fixed timeline here — it depends on the roles active in our network at any given time. We don't promise a match or a date, only that if you're in, we're genuinely working on it.
What people say after the intro.
Messages candidates in our network sent us on WhatsApp after their matches, interviews and offers.
Both matches were absolutely 100% accurate — exactly what I'm looking for. You've been connecting me with great people. These are actually the exact people I want to network with.
The interview went really well, got an offer letter within two weeks of the first intro. Thanks so much for all your assistance!
Every single role you’ve sent genuinely aligns with my skill set and the roles I’m looking at. Thank you so much for taking the time out to look into this and help me out.

What quietly works against you.
Without the right college tag or firm name on your CV, applications disappear — regardless of the work behind them.
Job boards filter on keywords, not experience — years of global work get missed in seconds.
The best roles tend to go to people with a strong network already in place — and a network like that takes a long time to build.
Compensation conversations often happen too late — after weeks of process — leaving you to negotiate blind, with no sense of what's realistic for your profile in India.
Four kinds of people who find their way to Flyback.
There's no single reason people come home. But the challenge of landing well when you get here is almost always the same.
Finishing studies abroad.
Undergrad or postgrad done overseas, and India is where you want to build your career. You shouldn't have to restart from zero just because you studied abroad.
Moving back — visa, family, or just ready.
H1B ran out, OPT ended, the geopolitical ground shifted, or it's simply the right time to be home. Whatever got you here — Flyback helps you land well.
Family business eventually.
The family business is the longer-term plan, or you just want to be closer to home. A few solid years in the right corporate or startup role before that chapter begins.
Freelancing, consulting, or between things.
You're back in India — or about to be — but haven't found the right fit yet. Consulting or freelancing as a stopgap, not a destination. Flyback helps you get in front of companies that actually read your profile.
The market is harder to break into than it looks.
The best roles in India don't show up on job boards. They travel through networks — alumni circles, warm introductions, people who already know each other. Most returning professionals aren't in those circles yet. That's the gap Flyback fills.

Honest answers to what people actually ask.
If something's holding you back from applying, it's probably answered here.
Does it matter that I don't have a top university or company tag?
Not at all. We match on who you are and how you work — not where you studied. The companies we try and work with think that way too.
What kinds of companies will I be introduced to?
We figure out what's right for you on the discovery call, then go from there. That could mean seed or Series A startups, larger conglomerates, agencies, or something else entirely — depending on your background and what you're looking for.
How much should I expect to be paid in India?
We help you work this out during the discovery call. Using patterns we see across the market, your specific profile, and the kinds of roles we're targeting, we build a picture of what's realistic before anyone talks numbers. We won't go out with your profile without having that conversation first.
How long does it take to get matched?
A couple of weeks once we've gotten started, sometimes longer — it depends on the mix of roles active in our network, which companies are hiring, and how responsive they are to your profile. We don't guarantee a match or a timeline. What we do promise is that if we've invited you in, we're genuinely working on it.
Is this just a community group?
No — it's mainly a matching service. The closest thing to community is the introduction itself: an email thread or WhatsApp group with the people involved. We don't run a standing group chat, and that's deliberate.
Does this cost anything?
The matchmaking service is free for candidates. If we have a role in the network that looks like a strong fit for you, we may also offer specialised, personalised job search and outreach support as a separate service — you'd always know upfront if that's on the table, and it's entirely optional.
A small room, in person.
One of the hardest parts of coming home is the network you haven't built yet. Getting in the same room as the right people is how that changes.
South Mumbai · Invite only
Happy Hour, Mumbai
Network members, a few operators we trust, and drinks. No agenda, no pitches — just the kind of room where the conversations that actually matter tend to happen.
Invitations are limited and at our discretion. Being in the network does not guarantee a place.
Scout talent that's already proven itself abroad.
International experience means they've already met a certain bar — the pace, the exposure, the standards. We put you directly in touch with people who have.
- A direct conversation, not a form
- We learn the role directly from you — team culture, working style, what it actually needs — before we write anything up.
- Briefs, not job descriptions
- What we send over is a structured set of signals drawn from that conversation — not a bullet-point JD copied into a portal.
No automated screening on our end either.
Ready when you are.
Tell us where you're at — it takes about two minutes. We'll reach out on WhatsApp once we've had a look, even if the timing isn't quite right yet.
