Privacy Policy

This explains what Flyback collects, what we do with it, and — most importantly — what we will not do with it without asking you first.
The principle behind all of it: your information is here so we can find you the right role. It is not a product, and it does not leave us without your say-so.
What we collect
- What you give us in the form: your name, email, phone number, and your answers to the three questions.
- Your resume, if you attach one.
- What you tell us on a discovery call — your background, what you are looking for, where you want to be, your compensation expectations, notice period, and work authorisation. We keep notes and, where you are aware of it, a transcript.
- Your ratings and replies when we send you roles, because that is how we learn what to send next.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you load the site.
We ask before we share anything
This is the commitment that matters most, so it gets its own section.
- We do not send your resume, your name, or your contact details to any company without your consent.
- We do not put you forward for a role without telling you which role and which company, and getting your agreement.
- We do not make an introduction without both sides agreeing to it.
- Consent is per-opportunity. Saying yes to one company is not a standing yes to the next one.
- You can withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will stop.
What we use it for
- Understanding your background well enough to know where you would actually fit.
- Matching you against roles in our network, and improving how that matching works — the more we understand about which matches land and which do not, the better the next set of roles we send you.
- Contacting you about your application, a call, a role, or an event.
- Running and improving the service, including our own internal models and tooling for reading resumes and call notes.
Where it goes
Your information is used internally by Flyback. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers or data brokers — not in any form, aggregated or otherwise.
The only people outside Flyback who see your details are companies you have specifically agreed we can introduce you to, and the service providers we need to run the business at all — our hosting, database, and email providers. Those providers process data on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you are in the network and want to be, because a role that fits you may appear a year after we first speak. If you ask us to remove you, we will delete your resume and personal details, keeping only what we need for our own records of introductions already made.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, or to stop contacting you.
- Withdraw consent for any company introduction, at any point before it happens.
Security
Resumes are held in private storage, not on any public URL. Access to candidate records is limited to Flyback staff who need it. We do not claim any system is perfect, but we do not take shortcuts with this.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top of the page changes with it. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you rather than relying on you noticing.

Any question about your data, or any request under this policy: hi@flyback.in. A person reads that inbox and will reply.
