Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Flyback's website and the introductions service we run through it. By submitting the form, taking a call with us, or accepting an introduction, you agree to them.

We have tried to write them in plain English. Where something is a limit on what we promise, we have said so directly rather than burying it.

  1. What Flyback does

    Flyback introduces professionals moving back to India to companies that are hiring. We read what you send us, usually speak to you directly, and where we see a fit we put you and a company in touch. Both sides decide everything after that.

    We are not a recruitment agency acting on your behalf, an employer, or a party to any contract you sign with a company we introduce you to.

  2. We do not guarantee a job, an introduction, or a timeline

    This is the most important thing on this page. Nothing on this website, in any conversation with us, or in any message we send you is a promise of employment, an interview, an introduction, or a result of any kind.

    Specifically:

    • We do not guarantee that you will be matched with any company, or that any match will lead to an interview, an offer, or a hire.
    • We do not guarantee any timeline. How long anything takes depends on which roles are active in our network, which is outside your control and largely outside ours.
    • We do not guarantee that we will recommend you to any company. Whether we put your profile forward, and to whom, is our judgement to make.
    • We do not guarantee a particular salary, title, location, or set of terms, and any figures we discuss are estimates based on what we see in the market — not offers and not commitments.

  3. Participation is at our discretion

    Being invited into the network, included in any cohort, put forward for a role, or invited to an event is entirely at Flyback's discretion. We may decide not to work with someone, or to stop working with them, without giving a reason.

    Submitting the form does not create any entitlement to a call, a place in the network, an event invitation, or continued participation. Event capacity is limited and invitations are ours to extend.

    We may also end or change the service, or any part of it, at any time.

  4. What we ask of you

    • That the information you give us — your background, experience, qualifications, work authorisation and expectations — is accurate and yours. We pass what you tell us to companies, and an inaccuracy travels.
    • That you tell us if something material changes, particularly your availability, location or right to work.
    • That you deal with companies we introduce you to in good faith.
    • That you do not use the site to submit anyone else’s personal information without their knowledge, or to send us anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful.

  5. Cost

    The matchmaking service is free for candidates. We are paid by companies when a hire works out.

    Separately, we sometimes offer a paid, optional service for candidates who want deeper job search and outreach support. It is never automatic and never a condition of anything else — if it is ever on the table for you, we will say so upfront, including what it costs, before you commit to anything.

  6. Your data

    How we handle your personal information — including your resume — is set out in our Privacy Policy. The short version: we do not send your details to a company without asking you first.

  7. Our content

    The text, design, and material on this site belong to Flyback. You are welcome to read it and share links to it. Please do not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.

  8. Liability

    We run this carefully and in good faith, but we do not accept liability for decisions you or a company make as a result of an introduction, for the conduct or accuracy of any company we introduce you to, or for outcomes of any hiring process.

    To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with this service is limited to any amount you have actually paid us, which for most candidates is nothing.

    Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

  9. Changes

    We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means the updated terms apply.

  10. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
